Specify your current availability in terms of time slots or hours per week/day: 7 days a week 12 hours a day usually

Why do you want to be a part of the Elyx staff team?I miss being apart of a family I left runewild staff as it was to all over the place became to perplexed and I couldn’t handle the drama, with elyx it’s a close knit family and I’m already apart of it might as well lead by example for newer players

What skills/qualities would you bring to the team? I’m quit PvP oriented and have a bachelors in communications did roadside assistance for a long time as head of de escalation as I’m quite well at bringing situations to a calm 

What experience do you have with OSRS or RSPS? 20 years play RuneScape rsps since 2011

How familiar are you with the specific features & gameplay mechanics of Elyx?  I’ve played every variant of this source and know it thoroughly and know what it takes to make it better 

Have you ever been a part of an in-game support team before? If so, what did you learn from that experience? What I learned from my time with runewild was 3 major things, compassion as everyone’s situation is differant and somthings are out of others control 2 consistency with the community if you don’t maintain a presence and aura with your community then your not really doing your job. And 3rd paitience, you have to be able to keep ur composure in every situation whether it be a friend or an enemy same treatment for everyone your have a title to uphold

How comfortable are you working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment? I run a pizza kitchen this is my life have 4 toddlers at home I thrive in pressure

What qualities do you think are essential for someone working in a support role for an online gaming community? Compassion empathy patience consistency knowledgeable good manorism but also serious and professional and you have to I repeat and this is for anyone applying for this role, you have to be be decisive you have to be able to make decisions with the responsibility you are given 

How do you approach situations where you don't have all the information needed to solve a player's issue? My first responsibility is the player them self make sure there informed at every given chance I gain information on it and continue communicating and reassuring the player as his issue is my issue while at the same time messsaging the right higher ups to get it resolved you never just dump somone off to higher up you do everything you can until further assistance is there. THE PLAYER COMES FIRST

How would you handle a situation where a player is being abusive or harassing others in the game? My first question would be what’s causing said player to act this way, having a bad day rough time at hom, you’d be surprised how often people just need to let off steam, if they persist, rightful consequences will follow but you always try to resolve situations without consequences at the same time I personally will not tolerate bullying etc. 

Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision as a support role. How did you handle it? There was a time where I caught someone supposedly rwting in logs it showed him trading somone probably around 2b in stuff which on its Own was fishy. So they banned him ( I was only a server support so I couldn’t see logs at that time) later I was promoted and could see logs I’d say like a year after this, we’ll the guy appealed for unban and I went to logs and it took me 5 minutes to see the banned played had won 100b or more fping the guy he gave 2b to. So he hooked the guy for rebuild and got banned. Anyway after a year I had him unbanned. Had to argue with the higher ups cuz an admin didn’t like the guy but I made the decision and that’s that .

What training/resources would you require to be a successful server support? Nothing really i specialists in human communications 

Can you outline the contributions and efforts you've dedicated to Elyx thus far? I’ve added to the PvP community as I bring people to the wilderness, I’ve helped countless new players, I bring an energy to the server some have said im a very high energy person

How would you balance your role as a server support with your personal life? It would go hand and hand im my own boss irl so it won’t effect irl at all if anything it’ll help me thrive I love helping and teaching people and the best way any staff can is by leading by example

Application was very neat and precise to providing all the required information, furthermore all requirements met the criteria however the point scoring on application and feedback from monitoring gameplay fell short while shortlisting! I encourage you to continue being active and positive member of the community. Your enthusiasm and contributions to the PVP community and your willingness to assist new players are valued aspects that I hope you will continue to nurture within the community.
