What skills/qualities would you bring to the team? i bring lots of information to the table almost anything you need to know about skilling, bossing, and all around helpful
What experience do you have with OSRS or RSPS? been playing osrs since i was 10 and been on the rsps scene since i was 14

Have you ever been a part of an in-game support team before? If so, what did you learn from that experience? i have not but even without a rank i try my best to help
How comfortable are you working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment? very i been doing fast pace job's since i was 13 and have adapated to it very well
What qualities do you think are essential for someone working in a support role for an online gaming community? the most important qualities in a support member is right in the name. you should be a very out going , friendly, and all around knowledgeable player in the community.
How do you approach situations where you don't have all the information needed to solve a player's issue? if i personally dont know something i would ask another staff member, another experienced player in that specific area of knowledge.
How would you handle a situation where a player is being abusive or harassing others in the game? depending on how bad the situation is i would try to take the passive aggressive route of trying to talk to both player's one on one and try to inform them that they can't be doing that to each other or even other player's.
Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision as a support role. How did you handle it? the most difficult decision i ever had to make was to either keep my high paying job or give it up to take care of my lovely grandma who has dementia as well as had 3 stroke's. i chose to take care of her for her well being as well as me having more free time to do the thing's i enjoy most.
What training/resources would you require to be a successful server support? i personally dont think i would need much training to be a supportive person.
Can you outline the contributions and efforts you've dedicated to Elyx thus far? thus far i have been around for roughly a month made my name known in the community as the only uim player. made lot's of friend's along the way. got to know some certain staff member's of which i would love to have the honor of working side by side with.
How would you balance your role as a server support with your personal life? balancing my life schedule to my server support schedule would not be a hard thing at all considering i am watcing my grandma at home 24 hours a day.
