For me luu should definitely be considered for a contribution rank as that man has put many hours into this game and helped a lot of people in the community that I’ve seen myself. He is also not scared to challenge people if he disagrees with anything which I think someone in this role should be. When I started Elyx myself luu was the guy who helped me a lot with everything which I’m sure other people feel the same way about him and I think he will be a quirky but fun addition to the team! Briefly describe your experience with Elyx:: Rephrase experience, because with all due respect, I've only had one type of expereience. (That would be, Happily STUCK to my chair!) Have you been involved in any community activities or events?:: Sir Rahman & Madam Risker, If you've turned an eye towards the community as you most certainly have from the proof of the work you two, the rest of the team & community members have done, you'd notice that I've gained a Passion for being involved any way possible and/or helping with event's, funding giveaways for those! (From my heart, By the way). What motivates you to apply for the Contributor Rank?:: I Know this sounds clique, but I genuinely feel like I belong with everyone in this community. I Really & Truly Beleive there's changes that would benefit everyone as well as the content everywhere around Elyx if I was brought onto this team. (Please, Don't mistake my goofy jokes with stupidity, I am "low key", A Gottam genius!). Yes, I've got Skillz. Community Interaction: Interaction?:: I am the definition of In-ter-act-ion! I mean, have you seen me out there? **brushes shoulder** All Jokes aside, I get along and build a friendship easily with everyone I get the pleasure of speaking with, welp besides that one guy.... Anyone know him? *Teehee* How do you currently assist or engage with fellow players in the community?:: First and foremost, I am able to observe behaviors of one another while understanding the best way to approach him/her in said situations. I seem to have the skill of calming the nerves of indiveduals who may be under stress or even a bit angry. (Could be a gift from God) I'd like to mention that my beloved "GO-TO" with people In certain situations would be to make a light joke, talk with them, build friendship & trust as well as I'm able to. This method seems to bring out the comfortable and more open sides of someone, giving everyone a sense of ease In that moment. Although I am not perfect, I try my hardest to come off loving and unharmful by any means. How do you envision contributing to the growth and activity of the server?:: I'd say my visions are better off being shown than said because I couldn't fit my aspirations for Elyx RSPS in just one entire page. Perhaps consider giving my good intentions & imaginations to the test? My skills with working with less educated OSRS/RSPS players may shock you all! You won't regret that descision. Vision for Elyx:: **Vision's for Elyx** :: The Elyx community has already, this early proved itself with the ability to become not just the new #1 private server on all RSPS Lists, Elyx can and will be for certain, bigger than any RSPS to exist now, as well as to ever exist. Mark My Words. This kind of mindset takes a toll on many, and even for me I expect to have tiring days, sleepless nights & many challenges. We will and i mean we WILL stay moving forward! I try to help people when or how i can i also offer free raid carries for everybody Share your ideas for improving the Elyx community or gameplay: To be honest i heard alot of new people say that there should be more ways to make decent money either by boosting dropped bm or price of selling items to the store. How do you envision contributing to the growth and activity of the server? I envision it with trying to do alot of events when people are active or streamers to try and boost the player base. Vision for Elyx: I would really love to elyx grow to be one of the biggest rsps servers as the community is amazing the content is nice as well. As for Elyx specific contributions it's mostly just bugs I've reported here and there, mostly on the ironman side of the game. I've also made a (now outdated lol) ToB solo guide. Briefly describe your experience with Elyx: Incredibly fun, but a tiny bit rough around the edges. I'm the type to notice the small details and cracks in a game, and while this game has some of that, its potential more than makes up for any shortcomings, alongside the community making it easy to stay. Have you been involved in any community activities or events? If so, please elaborate: I try to participate in what I can, whether it's the discord daily events, contributor hosted trivia stuff, boss masses, raids, etc. They're fun so there's never really a reason to say no to a little fun. What motivates you to apply for the Contributor Rank? I feel as though a lot people wanting to contribute with this rank would love to spread their new idea and help the game grow, and there is nothing wrong with that, it's great. I'm more of the type to look for places to polish and see what little things would greatly improve quality of life on the server. I don't think there are a lot of people who look at the game through the lens I do. I think it would be a good asset to have. Community Interaction: I just treat people with respect, and hope that they'll do the same for me. I'm truthfully not the most outgoing person, so a lot of times I won't be the one to spark conversation. But, I'm always happy to answer any questions I see asked ingame in help chat or to me personally and usually do. Especially newer players, I love to see the newer people not able to leave after they start because everyone's just so kind and helpful here haha. How do you currently assist or engage with fellow players in the community? Mostly just do whatever I can do for people where I can. I can't really tell you anything specific really. I just try to be helpful where I can. Share your ideas for improving the Elyx community or gameplay: Funnily enough, for the past couple days I've been working on a notepad of QoL stuff and bugs, so the timing is perfect. Here's a couple of the things I've jotted down: -In order to make Mage arena 2 capes a little more useful, maybe add Frost cape to forge and require 1 of each Mage Arena 2 cape at a 35%-50% rate. Otherwise they're useless -A skilling tele for the al Kharid furnace for smithing, some people including me have had trouble finding a furnace for smelting and that's the best option we have -Preserve prayer unlock in CoX (unless it's there and I'm just unlucky lol) -Superior slayer bosses as a slayer shop perk you can unlock. Gives a chance for Superior version of a boss to spawn after you kill. Increased rare chance + unique Pet. We already have a lot of these pets in the elyx store: kerberos, arachne, artio, skorpios. How do you envision contributing to the growth and activity of the server? I could easily see myself stress testing new updates and seeing + reporting what needs to be fixed. I'm really good at cheesing this game and finding the things that for sure shouldn't have been there. For example, the Seren safespot and the method to completely afk the whole battlepass are both things I've found so far, along with a lot of much smaller things. Vision for Elyx: My vision for Elyx is pretty simple, but it's to keep the community as nice as it is while the server continues to grow. I have no doubts the server is heading in a good direction at the current moment, and I'd like for the community to stay as great as it is along with the growth. In-Game Username: Impaired Discord ID: Fiseringen Time Played on Elyx: 21d 5h Contributions and Experience: I am most likely not on the top regarding contributing events and giveaways, however i have definitely been taking initiative to make especially raids more active, and helping people along the way with gear, or anything really. Briefly describe your experience with Elyx: I've been playing this server for a good while now, and i've realised that nothing has captivated my interest as much as this server before. I think there's such a good variation between the content that you really just wanna continue playing and playing. The community is so valid and great to talk to aswell, definitely makes it more fun. Have you been involved in any community activities or events? If so, please elaborate: Definitely been into the random trivia's and some pvm events, i think it is a very good thing for the community and it's really refreshing sometimes. The "random events" makes the game more interactive and better. What motivates you to apply for the Contributor Rank? I've always been the person that wanna help as much as i can, and as i dedicate alot of time into the server, i felt that applying for the contribution rank was a great idea. Hosting events and getting more into the community is just what i want. Community Interaction: I've been very involved with the people, always go on call together and just play the game. How do you currently assist or engage with fellow players in the community? Always there for any question anyone might have, experienced alot within the game so i can help with alot. Also engage alot with the streamers and do content with them. Share your ideas for improving the Elyx community or gameplay: There's a few things that comes to mind that i know probably needs an update with the gameplay, as for the community i can imagine something like hosting a very simple type of pk event, that wouldn't require any skill. How do you envision contributing to the growth and activity of the server? I will take more initiative and continue with being including, with different type of events. I want everyone to be able to attend the events and be a part of the community. Vision for Elyx: Honestly it's in such a great shape, i think we just need to advertise it among our friends to make it seen and get it more populated.
