Specify your current availability in terms of time slots or hours per week/day: Usually work 3-5 days a week typically from 5:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. Why do you want to be a part of the Elyx staff team? I've always loved everything & everybody in Elyx & what it has to offer. I believe together that we can make Elyx & the community grow to it's full potential. What skills/qualities would you bring to the team? I'm very active & have always been a very community-driven person & want the best for the game. I'm good at discovering bugs. I'm good with communicating with players & helping them whenever they need. What experience do you have with OSRS or RSPS? I first played RS when I was 5 years old, and have been playing OSRS since it's release in 2014, and have been playing RSPS since before the launch of EoC when I was around 11 years old I'd say. How familiar are you with the specific features & gameplay mechanics of Elyx? Very familiar with almost all the mechanics in-game I'd say. Have you ever been a part of an in-game support team before? If so, what did you learn from that experience? Yes. I learned how to build and keep a community involved & active in a server, as well as handling any moderate or negative feedback. How comfortable are you working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment? When it comes to just about anything on a computer, it's pretty much second-nature, so I would say very comfortable. What qualities do you think are essential for someone working in a support role for an online gaming community? Having a great attitude, a great work ethic, & have love for the game. How do you approach situations where you don't have all the information needed to solve a player's issue? If I personally do not have all the information I would tell said player that I will reach out & get all the information I can to help him out. How would you handle a situation where a player is being abusive or harassing others in the game? I would handle it all based of Elyx's rules & ask the player too please stop. But if the situation were to progress, I would do what was necessary to ensure everyone is following the rules & at peace with one-another. Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision as a support role. How did you handle it? The hardest decision I had to make was to actually walk away for awhile to focus on me & to get myself & life together. & I feel like I handled it great, & have everything I could need. What training/resources would you require to be a successful server support? I don't feel as if I need any, but I'm always willing to learn! Can you outline the contributions and efforts you've dedicated to Elyx thus far? I'm a very dedicated player, & genuinely love the game. I'm good with communication, getting along with players both OG, & new, & always help out wherever I can. How would you balance your role as a server support with your personal life?
