What skills/qualities would you bring to the team? Patience, a drive for excellence, managerial experience for over 5+ years irl
What experience do you have with OSRS or RSPS? I’ve played RSPS for 10+ years starting at a young age, the majority of which was as a pker, I am a former member of FoE, Ex-Leader of Mercy on RW where I led them for over 2 years as the #1 multi team, joined multiple Singles pking teams including integrating into a Venezuelan team leading me to be in contact with many Clan owners, I’ve also maxed an iron man and have a lot of pvm experience
How familiar are you with the specific features & gameplay mechanics of Elyx? Very but always willing to learn anything I’m not sharp on
Have you ever been a part of an in-game support team before? If so, what did you learn from that experience? Yes, I learned that often having patience and staying objective is very important in order to keep the integrity of the staff team
How comfortable are you working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment? Fast-paced and high-pressure is my comfort zone, as I’ve been a chef and in high school I played futbol at a high level
What qualities do you think are essential for someone working in a support role for an online gaming community? As previously stated Patience and integrity with a willingness to help and contribute intellectually to further the development of of the game
How do you approach situations where you don't have all the information needed to solve a player's issue? Make them aware that I will Contact another staff member( I.e. Teairn, Risker, etc.) but never just leave them unanswered as I feel ,as a staff member, communication with the community is very important
How would you handle a situation where a player is being abusive or harassing others in the game? I would first dm them and have a conversation because sometimes life can be stressful and I understand but if it is a prolonged case I would communicate with a higher up about implementing a progressive discipline action such as a temp mute
Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision as a support role. How did you handle it? Honestly I’ve never really had to make a hard decision as a staff member
What training/resources would you require to be a successful server support? None
Can you outline the contributions and efforts you've dedicated to Elyx thus far? As of thus far I have spent between 3-4 hours on different occasions testing weapons, Armour sets, raids, and looking for bugs that need to be fixed
How would you balance your role as a server support with your personal life? Focus on mental health ensuring I can be my best me, if I need to take a day off I will, but I find by playing at the end of the day it mainly balances itself
