Dear Elyx Players,
We hope this message finds you in high spirits as you continue your adventures within the realms of Elyx. Today, we are thrilled to unveil a new initiative aimed at recognizing and harnessing the incredible talents within our player community.
We understand that many of you have been dedicated to Elyx for quite some time, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a wealth of experience to our community. In our continuous effort to enhance the player experience and foster a sense of shared responsibility, we are proud to announce the introduction of the Contributor Rank.
What is the Contributor Rank?
The Contributor Rank is an exclusive position that allows selected players to actively participate in shaping the future of Elyx. We are seeking individuals who are not only passionate about the game but also eager to contribute to its growth, assist fellow players, and provide valuable insights.
Who Can Apply or Be Selected?
If you have been a dedicated member of the Elyx community, actively engaging with the game, and have a genuine interest in making a positive impact, you are invited to apply for the Contributor Rank. However, keep in mind that selection will be based on various criteria, including your in-game contributions, helpfulness, and overall positive influence within the community.
What Does the Contributor Rank Entail?
Those granted the Contributor Rank will play a crucial role in suggesting improvements, assisting fellow players, and contributing to the overall growth and activity of the server. This exclusive position comes with responsibilities that reflect your commitment to making Elyx an even more vibrant and welcoming community.
Why a Contributor Rank?
We believe that by involving our dedicated players in the development and upkeep of the server, we can create a stronger, more dynamic community. The Contributor Rank aims to recognize your efforts, instill a sense of responsibility, and keep you actively involved in shaping Elyx.
If you are interested in becoming a Staff member of the official team, being a contributor will increase the odds of you being selected as a staff member by a big percentage. Therefore those players that are interested in joining Elyx Staff team are encouraged to apply for a contributor rank so as to increase their odds of becoming a staff member. Reason being we will prefer our contributors to become staff members as they would have more experience and exposure.

We may update these rules at any time and it is your responsibility to have read the latest version of them.
Failure to follow the following rules will have the corresponding punishments listed next to them. Depending on the severity of the rule breaking, it can have different levels of punishments.
RULES
1. No spamming or flooding the chat with messages. Do not type in ALL CAPS.
2. No text walls or a large paragraphs of text. Make a thread on the forum or use Pastebin/Pastie to post a large block of text.
3. No bashing or heated arguments to other people in the chat.
4. No adult (18+), explicit, or controversial messages.
5. No racist or degrading content (racial terms are not allowed).
6. No excessively cursing.
7. No advertising other sites/discord servers.
8. No referral links.
9. No begging or repeatedly asking for help in the chat, please keep question in the #help
channel or the forums. Repeating-ly asking basic questions will lead to administrative action.
10. No offensive names.
11. This is an English speaking and English based server, so English is the primary language we all communicate in.
12. Do not perform or promote the intentional use of glitches, hacks, bugs, and other exploits that will cause an incident within the community and other players.
13. All donations are final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds whatsoever to any sort of donations.
14. Do not cause a nuisance in the community, repeated complaints from several members will lead to administrative action.
15. Do not argue with staff. Decisions are final.
16. Don't disrespect staff.
17. Do not @ at staff unnecessarily.
18. Multi-Logging is allowed but you are not supposed to do the same content on more than one account (for example killing same boss from multiple accounts at once)
19.No Rwting will be tolerated, whatever the case.
