What experience do you have with OSRS or RSPS? I've played osrs since 2005 and private servers since 2009.
How familiar are you with the specific features and gameplay mechanics of Elyx? Pretty Familiar with it, always new things to learn.
Have you ever been a part of an in-game support team before? If so, what did you learn from that experience? No i haven't.
How comfortable are you working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment? Very Comfortable i dont fold under pressure.
What qualities do you think are essential for someone working in a support role for an online gaming community? Help players, keep toxic levels down to a minimum.
How do you approach situations where you don't have all the information needed to solve a player's issue? Contact someone with better knowledge of the situation.
How would you handle a situation where a player is being abusive or harassing others in the game? start with a warning if things escalade Kick/Ban
Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision in a support role. How did you handle it? I've never had to make a difficult decision.
What kind of training or resources would you need to be successful in this role? Would not need much training but always willing to learn.
How would you balance your role as a support staff member with your own personal gameplay goals? Im very good at multitasking and if i have to set my goals aside to handle a situation so be it! also i would follow rules and regulations while maintaining my goals and i love to give a helping hand!
